Cassandra Heilbronn | CEO & former Sports & Corporate Risk Lawyer

 

Cassandra has over sixteen years' experience in sports law and corporate risk advisory work.  In October 2021, moved into the CEO role of a Family Office based in Saudi, where she overseas the operations, investments and strategic direction for the Family.

Prior to this, Cassandra was the Regulation Legal Manager in Sports, Entertainment & Foreign Investment for the Royal Commission for AlUla.

Before her move to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, she was a Senior Associate in Sports and Corporate Risk at MinterEllison (Australia).   She acted in commercial matters with international sporting organisations, corporations and sponsors; event management deals; player disputes on behalf of Clubs and governing bodies; player selection appeals for international athletes and managing defamation and discrimination disputes by athletes.  Separate to her sports practice, Cassandra acted for insurers in the defence of medical negligence, professional indemnity and public liability claims.
