Amanda Fone | Founder and Executive Chair of f1 search and recruitment ltd.

Celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2024, f1 has been a globally certified B Corp since 2021. f1 has offices in London with a track record of moving marketing & communications professionals inside the UK market and internationally, particularly to the Gulf region. Amanda has consistently challenged the status quo and the need for gender parity at all levels within the global Sports & Entertainment sectors.

Amanda has four decades of working in the recruitment and search sector and she still works at the coalface placing Director & CEO level candidates in senior leadership roles. Amanda is a champion of Inclusion and Diversity and is co-founder of two social change programmes; a Women’s Career Accelerator programme, launched in 2013 and NoTurningBack2020, launched in 2016. Amanda is a mentor and a passionate advocate for women’s careers and financial independence. She is planning a Women’s Career Accelerator programme in KSA in 2025 in line with the Saudi 2030 vision, to encourage more Saudi women to choose sports marketing & communications as a career of choice.
