Jubran Abdulrahman is a dynamic leader in the publishing and IT industries, currently serving as the Publishing Director (Trade Titles) for Hilal Publishing and Marketing Group (Al Hilal Group) and the Executive Director of Hilal Computers and North Star Technology Group in Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and Dubai.

For over 40 years, Al Hilal Publishing and Marketing Group has been a trailblazer in the GCC region, known for its leading English daily newspaper and a suite of influential trade magazines. The group's flagship publications, including Gulf Daily News (newspaper), Oil and Gas News, Gulf Construction, Gulf Industry, and Travel and Tourism News, are recognized as market leaders in their respective fields. Additionally, Al Hilal publishes the exclusive quarterly lifestyle magazine Arabian Knight.

In 2022, Mr. Abdulrahman was appointed Executive Director of the group's IT Division, which includes Hilal Computers and North Star Technology Group. He has been instrumental in driving the company's regional expansion, offering comprehensive IT solutions to both corporate clients and individuals, thereby extending the business beyond its traditional stronghold in Bahrain.

From 2007 to 2022, Mr. Abdulrahman served as Managing Director of Hilal Conferences and Exhibitions, elevating the division to become Bahrain's premier exhibitions and events company. Under his leadership, the division organized highly successful annual events such as Gulf Industry Fair, Gulf Construction, Gulf INTERIORS, Gulf Property Show, and iTECH Gulf, solidifying its reputation in the industry.

Mr. Abdulrahman's journey with Al Hilal Group began in 1998 when he joined as a Graduate Management Trainee. His dedication and diverse roles within the company have seen him rise through the ranks to become a key member of the Senior Management Team.
