Lina Khaled Almaeena | Vice President, Saudi Sports For All Federation

 

Communication major, French minor, George Maon University, 2000. MA in Psychology, American University in London 2005. 

 

Chairperson national sports talent co (Jeddah United Club) 

 

Previous member of the Shura Council. Member of the Saudi Leadership Society.

 

Co-Founder and Director of Jeddah United Sports Co (JUSC), established 2006 one of the first Saudi private sports company to train girls and boys in team sports, basketball, volleyball and football to promote the culture of sports in Saudi Arabia. Captain of Jeddah United Women’s basketball division up to 2012. Speaker in many local and international conferences about women and sports. Speaker in many parliaments. Winner of the Enterpreneurship award at the Women in Leadership Forum 2010. 

 

Columnist for Almadina newspaper up to 2013. Delegation of 10 Saudi women that climbed Everest Base Camp 2012 as a breast cancer awareness campaign by Zahra society.  

 

Ranked #21 on the Forbes Saudi Arabian list of the Most powerful Arab Women in the Middle East 2014. Member of Sirb Angel investment network 2014. Winner of the Piaget entrepreneurship award 2015. Member of the Young Business Committee in the chamber of commerce, member of the sports investment committee in the chamber of commerce 2014-2018. Member of the top 20 Young Leaders from the Middle East and North Africa. Ranked one of the 50 most influential women in Saudi Arabia by Arabian Business 2021.

 

Member of the Special Olympics Federation.
