Nicola is a seasoned leader with a proven track record in developing and executing innovative and impactful partnership strategies for brands and rightsholders across the Middle East. Leveraging data-driven insights and a deep understanding of the regional market, she helps local and international organizations solve complex business challenges and identify growth opportunities.

 

A passionate advocate for women's sports, Nicola champions the untapped potential of this dynamic sector. Her commitment to empowering female athletes, teams, and executives is evident in her active involvement in industry advancement. She serves as a Trustee on the board of Leisure Focus, a UK-based grassroots sports & leisure charity, and as a recent appointee to the Membership Committee of Women in Football, a global advocacy network for those working in and around football.

 

Previously based in London, Nicola's passion for empowering women in male dominated environments drove her transition from a successful decade-long career in investment banking into sports business, seeing her subsequently relocating to the UAE to spearhead strategic efforts in the region.
