Shadan Hamad Al Sagri | COO, Leejam Sports Company

Shadan is an Experienced Health Club Operations Leader with experience in Business Development, Brand Management and Operational Management.

 

Her current role as COO made her responsible of the operations of 200 Clubs across KSA and the UAE. She Leads Revenue Generating channels through diverse services like Spa, Physiotherapy clinics, Retail and F&B. 

 

Shaden spearheaded the opening of 52 Ladies Clubs and Leejam 24 hours gym model (Xpress) now in more than 40 locations were she developed different aspects of the business including marketing, customer traffic sales and people practices.

She is passionate about people development and big believer in the power of people to make change.
