BIOGRAPHY

Tanya Kutsenko | Sport Clubs Development Consultant, FIA
Tanya Kutsenko is the FIA’s Sport Clubs Development consultant and the governing body’s first Equality, Diversity and Inclusion specialist since 2022. She is a steering committee member of “United Against Online Abuse”, an FIA-led coalition set to drive out online abuse in sport.
Originally from Ukraine, she developed her career in motor sport and mobility in the Middle East. She has vast experience in assisting FIA member Clubs worldwide with strategy development and delivery of high impact projects to increase motorsport participation, youth engagement, community engagement, while achieving long-term sustainable growth.
Before joining the world of global motor sport and mobility in 2005, Tanya Kutsenko has been with a First Data company, Western Union Financial Services GmbH representative office, in Ukraine, Georgia, Armenia and Central Asia. She has developed her carrier with motor sport governing body in UAE, managing world class motor sports events and conventions, as well as establishing and managing the global education, knowledge and research arm of the organisation. She has delivered 100+ international events, capacity building and training programmes and projects in Africa, Middle East, Europe, North and South America and Asia.
Tanya holds Master’s Degree in Project management and speaks four languages.
