George R. Vaughan is Director of Technology for YTL Brabazon and the Aviva Arena project in Bristol, where he leads the development of one of the UK’s newest, most sustainable and technologically advanced smart cities.

Alongside his role at YTL, Vaughan is CEO of The Digital Line (TDL), a company he co-founded in 2017 to drive innovation across hospitality, healthcare, education, retail and entertainment.
Passionate about equality in tech, he actively supports WIMENA, advocating for women in leadership and serves as an ambassador for Cosmic Girls, a charity inspiring young women to pursue careers in space exploration. He is also a regular public speaker and writes for several global publications and will be starting a new societal podcast, launching in early 2027.
Fun Fact: Vaughan trekked to Everest Base Camp as part of a 24-person team and played in the highest-ever game of rugby - at over 5,500 meters - raising funds for Show Racism the Red Card and the RFU’s Spire charity.
