Rugby achievements:
• Achieved 1st international cap in 2016 and subsequently selected for the following 8 years

• Nominated for World Player of the Year in 2019. The only prop to have been nominated for World Player of the Year in history either male or female
• Selected 3 times in 3 three consecutive years in the World Team of the Year, 2021, 2022 & 2023
• Rugby Players Association Player of the Year for 2019
• 2 World Cup Silver Medals (2017 & 2022)
• 6 Six Nations Grand Slam Titles (2017, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 & 2023)
• World record holder as part of the only team to win 30 games in a row
• 65 caps for England
• 22 international tries so far from prop position
• 2x Bristol Bears Premiership semi-finals
• 3x Premiership Team of the Year.
